Challenge
To elevate and modernize the consumer experience for SunTrust Bank. Later navigate the transition to a new brand and visual language.
Solution
Created a variety of personas, wireframes, and prototypes to create new experiences for the SunTrust web experience and mobile application. Then created a new design system and directions for an overall visual language + direction.
